We primarily use DHL for all shipments. Customers may also enter their own courier account details at checkout to arrange shipping using a preferred carrier.
Orders are managed by local Powell Electronics sales representatives, offering personalized support in your local language. Each customer is assigned a dedicated contact who will send Order Acknowledgements and assist with any shipping requests.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order using real-time rates from the DHL system.
All taxes, duties, or fees applicable to the shipment will also be calculated at checkout and are handled directly by Powell Electronics via DHL unless the customer chooses to ship using their own courier account.
