At Powell Electronics, all orders are considered Non-Cancellable and Non-Returnable (NCNR) unless prior written authorization is granted by Powell Electronics at the time of purchase.

However, if a product fails to meet the manufacturer's specifications, the customer may be eligible for a return or replacement under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

Powell Electronics accepts returns only in the following case:

The product does not meet the original manufacturer's specifications (i.e., a confirmed quality issue).

In such cases, Powell Electronics's responsibility is strictly limited to one of the following, at our sole discretion:

A full refund of the original purchase price (excluding interest), or
A repair or replacement of the defective product.
This remedy is exclusive and replaces any other implied or express warranties.

RMA Process (Returned Merchandise Authorization)

Before returning any items, customers must obtain an official RMA number from Powell Electronics.

Required Information

To request an RMA, customers must provide the following:

The original Powell Electronics order number
The manufacturer batch number(s) or lot code from the product packaging or label
Photographic evidence clearly showing the defect or issue
This information is essential for our team to coordinate with the manufacturer's Quality Department and properly assess the claim.

Additional RMA Conditions

Time Limit
RMA requests must be submitted within 60 days of the invoice date.

Product Condition
Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in like-new condition.

Rejection Criteria
Powell Electronics reserves the right to reject a return and send it back to the customer if there is no confirmed quality issue, the product was returned without an RMA, or the product was used, damaged, or repackaged improperly.

Limitations of Liability

Powell Electronics shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Any personal injury or property damage, except when caused by Powell Electronics's negligence
All products are sold as-is, except in cases of non-conformance with manufacturer specifications.
